Returns
To return a Print product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at mail@thecolourgroup.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell cannot be returned this is due to the bespoke nature of the items. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear/use, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Any item of a bespoke nature.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Returns Policy – Branded & Merchandised Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully, especially as many of our products are made to order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Most of our products are print-on-demand and custom made to order.
- As such, they are considered bespoke items and are exempt from standard 14-day returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is:
- Faulty or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect (i.e. not what was ordered)
- Pre-designed or non-personalised items may be eligible for return within 14 days. Contact us to confirm before returning.
2. How to Report a Problem
- Contact our support team at mail@thecolourgroup.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We will assess your case and issue further instructions or a return authorisation if applicable.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and return shipping details.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Fulfilment Centre Returns
- As our products are shipped via a third-party fulfilment centre:
- Do not return items to the sender’s address on the packaging.
- Only return to the authorised return address we provide after review.
